Seafood Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS
– 320 g spaghetti
– 4 prawns
– 4 langoustines
– 2 squids
– 200 g clams
– 200 g mussels
– one clove of garlic
– a glass of white wine
– a few tablespoons of tomato sauce
– chopped parsley
– extra virgin olive oil
– salt
– fresh chili

PREPARATION
Seafood Spaghetti: the Italian recipe that everyone must know how to do! For the recipe of Seafood Spaghetti, clean the prawns and langoustines, removing the gut and keeping the heads. Brown the half-open heads in a little oil, sprinkle with half the wine and cover with cold water; cook for at least an hour. Filter and store the shellfish broth.

Take the garlic, brown it with a little oil, add the clams and mussels and leave to open with the rest of the wine. Store the cooking liquid, quickly brown prawns, langoustines and squids well cleaned and cut into small pieces.

Add the tomato sauce, the cooking liquid of the clams and mussels, a little stock of shellfish and cook a few minutes.

Cook the pasta in plenty salt water, drain and finish cooking in the sauce, add chopped fresh chilli pepper, parsley, clams and mussels. Stir in a little oil and serve.
