The processing of the product begins immediately after the arrival of the seafood products, which, after passing the first quality tests, is immersed in special tanks where begins the process of desanding and purification. This process can last from 12 up to 48 hours.
After having eliminated any impurities, the product passes through special machinery, thanks to which it is cleaned up from the waste goods to finally arrive at the packaging.
Our company is able to supply, for all products, packages ranging from 1 kg up to 20 kg, thus managing to satisfy every customer’s need.
Once the packaging is finished, following all HACCP rules, the seafood products are stored in special controlled atmosphere cells where they wait to be sorted on isothermal motor vehicles in order to guarantee the cold chain and the high quality of the product.
